With a water surface of 120 ha, Bostalsee is the largest leisure lake in south-western Germany. It offers visitors a great variety of leisure activities, such as surfing, sailing, or paddle boats. In addition, the lake disposes of two sand beaches for sunbathing and a reservoir dam, 500 m in length. For those wanting to walk around the lake, there is a 6,8 km footpath.
