Old Train Station Beckingen
Old train station in neo-Gothic style - could be described as a mix between German Gothic (1250-1500) and Tudor Gothic (1500-1600). The station was built in 1858, following a symmetrical ground plan. The tower measures 20 metres in height.
The old station serves as a tourist centre and a civil registry's room for wedding ceremonies. It is also being used as an event space for presentations and exhibitions by the foundation 'Naturlandstiftung Wolferskopf'.
The old station was substantially refurbished with a historical-style façade and a modern interior.
